Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Kitchen Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping the Chef deliver high-quality food service within the home and assisting with meal service to residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Chef in delivering food service of high quality within the home and meal service to residents.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene in the kitchen area, including all equipment and appliances, adhering to regulatory and statutory requirements and company policies and procedures.
  • Be responsible for the cleaning and washing of everything related to meal preparation, including utensils and equipment.
  • Provide refreshments for residents and guests at the home.
  • Ensure areas such as dining rooms and others are clean and stocked appropriately.
  • Be organized and able to keep records, as well as follow recipes.
