About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Curaa Group. As a Kitchen Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality food service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Chef in preparing and serving meals to residents.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene in the kitchen area.
  • Responsible for cleaning and washing all equipment and utensils used in food preparation.
  • Provide refreshments for residents and guests.
  • Ensure dining areas are clean and stocked appropriately.
  • Organize and maintain records of food preparation and service.
