About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced IT Account Director to join our team at NMS Recruit. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts and bringing on new business through cold calling and prospecting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage 30+ existing accounts and develop strategies to grow revenue
- Sell a range of I.T Solutions and Services to new accounts
- Complete the sales cycle from lead generation to close of sale
- Target new business through various mediums, including direct communications and LinkedIn
- Work closely with current partners and vendors to maximise opportunities
- Create and implement a sales strategy and business plan to achieve commercial targets and KPIs
- Maintain and update product knowledge, sales skills, and commercial acumen
- Use CRM to track and manage sales activities
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience working for a UK IT Reseller
- Proven ability to open new accounts and meet commercial targets and KPIs
- Ability to work at IT and Procurement Director level
- Real-life examples of shaping and pricing estimates and negotiating margins above industry average
