We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Business Development Representative to join our team at Novum Structures.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic company that specialises in innovative architectural solutions. As a Sales & Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving growth within the London region by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

About the Role

As a Sales & Business Development Representative, you will have a proven track record of success in business development, with a strong understanding of the construction industry. You will be responsible for leading the sales process from initial contact to closure, building strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through client meetings, presentations, networking events, cold calling, and social media.
  • Client Consultation: Conduct in-depth consultations with prospective clients to understand their requirements and recommend systemized solutions.
  • Relationship Building: Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key partners in the Architectural Roof, Façade, and Envelope sectors.
  • Market Penetration Strategy: Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing Team and Sales Director to refine communication strategies and develop an annual market penetration plan.
  • Tracking & Reporting: Meet monthly targets for presentations and lead generation, providing weekly updates on lead activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a business development role within the construction industry, ideally in glazing, membranes, clading, or architectural steel.
  • Sales Skills: Previous experience in a sales-focused role is desirable, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Tech Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM.
