Role Overview

As a Higher Level Learning Support Assistant at Elidyr Communities Trust Careers, you will play a vital role in enhancing the educational experience of our learners. This position involves leadership responsibilities within the Learning Support Worker team, including mentoring, training, and managing daily educational activities. You will also directly support the Head of Education in various administrative and procedural duties.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the Learning Support Worker team to ensure high-quality educational support throughout the organization.
- Mentor and train team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Manage daily educational activities, including lesson planning and delivery.
- Support the Head of Education in administrative and procedural duties.

Requirements

- Proven experience in a supervisory or mentorship role within an educational setting, preferably with special needs learners.
- Relevant qualifications in education, special education, or a related field.
- Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to promoting educational excellence.
