Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards of care, ensuring residents' health and welfare needs are met.
  • Manage medication, infection control, and health-related appointments.
  • Promote a culture of co-production and compliance with regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within a care environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant qualifications in care and management.
  • Ability to handle budgets, maintain documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Passion for working with individuals with additional learning needs and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
