We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate leader to join our team at Elidyr Communities Trust Careers as a Care and Education Leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the delivery of care and education to residents and learners within our registered care home, ensuring that the service is safe, well-run, efficient, cost-effective, and sustainable long-term.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional care and education, and will be committed to continuously improving standards to achieve the best possible outcomes for residents and learners according to their needs.
The role will involve maintaining high standards of customer care, including supporting admissions, developing personal plans, conducting regular service user meetings, and attending to the needs of residents and learners.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the service meets the Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) prevailing regulatory standards, as well as meeting commissioner and funders expectations and service requirements.
This is a 48.6 week term-time contract, and the ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Care: Maintain high standards of customer care, including supporting admissions, developing personal plans, conducting regular service user meetings, and attending to the needs of residents and learners.
- Service Delivery: Ensure that the service is safe, well-run, efficient, cost-effective, and sustainable long-term, meeting the Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) prevailing regulatory standards and commissioner and funders expectations and service requirements.
