About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as House Manager. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of care and education to residents and learners within our care home.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure care is provided in accordance with care planning arrangements, addressing audits and inspection requirements.
  • Contribute to the charity's strategic plans and prepare for inspections.

  • Ability to manage staffing records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated commitment to equality and diversity.
