Front of House and Bar Staff

Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Bar Staff. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests in a vibrant and fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting beverages
- Prepare and serve drinks following standard recipes
- Upsell additional items to enhance the customer experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Provide excellent guest services and address customer inquiries or concerns promptly
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred
- Knowledge of basic food preparation and beverage service
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work well in a team environment and support colleagues
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures
- Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £8.00-£12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
