About the Role:
Vickerstock is collaborating with a manufacturing organization to recruit an EHS Compliance Coordinator.

Your Responsibilities:
As an EHS Compliance Coordinator, you will oversee various aspects of Environmental Health and Safety within the organization.

Key Duties:
- Assist in the formulation and enhancement of the organization's Health and Safety Management systems across multiple sites
- Conduct and update risk assessments
- Ensure adherence to all relevant Health and Safety regulations for both personnel and contractors
- Provide expert advice on Health and Safety matters to management and staff
- Investigate Health and Safety incidents and near misses
- Prepare monthly reports on Health and Safety performance and compile relevant statistics
- Perform site inspections and deliver training sessions to employees
- Ensure that contractors' operational guidelines are up-to-date and adhered to by all personnel

Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years' experience in a Health and Safety position
- Relevant qualifications in Health and Safety
- Experience in implementing and managing hazard identification and risk management processes
- Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation applicable in both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland
- Proven experience in conducting Health and Safety investigations
- Familiarity with managing and implementing Health and Safety management systems
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driving license and access to personal transportation

Desirable Attributes:
- Experience within the manufacturing sector is preferred
- NEBOSH certification is advantageous
