Barco Sales Ltd is looking for an experienced Sales Director to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth across England. As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for managing our internal business development team and five external sales representatives, ensuring a cohesive and motivated team.

This challenging role requires a personable, dynamic, and professional individual with a proven track record in sales leadership and a passion for driving results. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing long-term sales strategies to grow the business throughout the UK
  • Communicating and aligning sales strategy across the company levels
  • Leading sales teams to achieve revenue and profit margin targets

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven ability to lead and develop sales teams
  • Strategic planning skills to implement growth-orientated sales strategies
  • Effective leadership and team management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £90,000 OTE (£75,000 negotiable dependent on experience) plus uncapped bonus based on % of net profit.
