Orthopaedic Recovery Specialist Lead
We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as an Orthopaedic Recovery Specialist Lead. This role offers a competitive salary of up to £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the Role:
- To lead and manage the recovery process for patients undergoing orthopaedic surgery.
- To work closely with surgeons, anaesthetists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- To develop and implement effective recovery protocols and guidelines.
- To monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recovery processes.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a recovery or nursing role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated computer skills and proficiency in electronic patient records systems.
