Regional Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Development Manager to join our Corporate Engagement team at BCS. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in growing our customer base and developing strategic relationships with our members and corporate customers.

About the Role

Under the direction of the Director of Corporate Engagement, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships in a region, utilizing local BCS networks of members and corporate customers to promote and grow an ethical and competent digital workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Develop an understanding of local market needs and drivers in relation to digital skills development.
  • Identify and develop new business relationships with potential clients.
  • Grow business through the development of new leads and new contacts.
  • Identify partnerships, funding sources, and channel opportunities to grow business opportunities for BCS.
  • Attend networking events to attract and retain customers.
  • Support marketing strategies to grow business relationships.
  • Maintain and update sales, marketing, and business development documentation.
  • Assist with marketing and promotional projects.
  • Report on sales goals and pipeline management.
  • Collaborate with other teams within BCS to achieve business objectives.
