We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Development Manager to join our Corporate Engagement team at BCS. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with our customers and partners to promote and grow an ethical and competent digital workforce.

About the Role

As a Regional Development Manager, you will work closely with our Director of Corporate Engagement to identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with existing and potential customers, developing and delivering sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales objectives, and growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with customers and partners.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Build strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Develop and deliver sales plans to meet and exceed sales objectives.
  • Grow business through the development of new leads and new contacts.
  • Identify and develop new business relationships with potential clients.
  • Identify partnerships, funding sources, and channel opportunities to grow business opportunities for BCS.
  • Attend networking events to attract and retain customers.
  • Support marketing strategies to grow business relationships.
  • Maintain and update sales, marketing, and business development documentation.
  • Assist with marketing and promotional projects.
  • Report on sales goals and pipeline management.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams within BCS.
  • Continually look for ways to improve systems, processes, and procedures.
