We are seeking a highly experienced Retail Strategy Director to join our team at Tarka Talent. As a key member of our Retail, Leisure & Hospitality Practice, you will be responsible for leading strategy and commercial due diligence projects for major multinational corporations and leading national companies.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead strategy and due diligence projects from designing the approach to overseeing analysis and providing recommendations
* Manage workstreams and lead project teams of at least three people
* Direct and manage analysis and delivery of consulting projects, ensuring client satisfaction
* Manage and motivate project teams and support the development and coaching of junior team members
