About Us:

Splend is a leading provider of mobility solutions, committed to reducing carbon emissions through electric vehicle adoption. We are seeking a skilled Fleet Operations Manager to lead our vehicle management team and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vehicle Servicing: Manage routine maintenance checks, occasional on-site servicing, inspections, and MOT vehicle runs.
  • Customer Vehicle Preparation: Ensure vehicles are cleaned, serviced, and presented to a high standard, making them ready for customer use or delivery.
  • Vehicle Inspections: Perform regular inspections to ensure vehicles meet safety and regulatory standards, alongside accident assessment, damage, and vehicle issues.
  • Geotab Fitting: Manage the installation and calibration of Geotab telematics systems in vehicles to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • TFL Inspection Days: Oversee TFL (Transport for London) inspection days at our hub to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Vehicle Inventory Records: Accurately track the location, status, and condition of each vehicle in the inventory system.
  • Yard Management and Vehicle Movement: Manage the hub yard and coordinate the movement of vehicles within the facility to optimize space and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in vehicle management, including documentation, repairs, servicing, and maintenance.
  • Attention to detail in conducting vehicle inspections and managing documentation.
  • Problem-solving abilities to address and resolve issues related to vehicle operations and servicing.
  • A current and valid full UK driver's license.
