The successful candidate will have a proven background in managing large HGV workshops and possess comprehensive technical skills for diagnosing vehicle issues and understanding maintenance needs.

Requirements:
  • A recognized apprenticeship in HGV mechanics
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

The National Fleet Manager will be responsible for establishing and monitoring team KPIs to support successful national fleet operations. They will build a customer-centric and collaborative team environment focused on fleet and customer service. Additionally, they will provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance reviews to develop team skills and drive high standards.
