Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Senior Sous Chef and hold a key role in day-to-day operations and leadership of The Connaught Grill kitchen brigade.
  • Be passionate about working with the finest, freshest ingredients and delivering quality dishes and products.
  • Take an organized approach to your role and prioritize effectively to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen, sharing your knowledge and supporting in the training and development of more junior chefs in the brigade.

Requirements:

  • Be an exceptional team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Have a key focus on detail to deliver outstanding quality and service within a high-profile kitchen.
  • Have experience ideally at a similar level within a quality dining environment and have proven kitchen experience.
