About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Support Worker to join our compassionate team at Elsadene, a Specialist Mental Health Residential Home in Weymouth. Our home provides exceptional care for individuals with severe and enduring mental illnesses, helping them lead full, dignified, and independent lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Management: Assist with daily operations and team coordination.
  • Resource Management: Handle staff schedules, manage absences, and ensure adequate staffing.
