Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individualized support to students, addressing specific learning needs
• Collaborate with teachers to develop effective lesson plans and strategies
• Foster a positive learning environment, promoting student engagement and motivation
• Develop and maintain relationships with students, families, and school staff to ensure seamless support

Requirements:
• Proven experience working as a Learning Support Assistant or similar role
• Strong knowledge of special educational needs and disability (SEND) principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
