Job Summary: As a Learning Support Assistant in Bromley, you will play a vital role in enhancing the educational outcomes of neurodivergent students. With your First-Class Psychology Graduate degree and subject knowledge, you will create engaging learning experiences and develop strong relationships with students and staff.

About the Position:
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about education and committed to supporting neurodivergent students. You will work closely with partner schools to provide individualized support and contribute to a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide 1:1 support to neurodivergent students, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential
• Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement personalized learning plans
• Utilize your subject knowledge to create interactive and engaging learning experiences that cater to different learning styles

What We Are Looking For:
• A First-Class Psychology Graduate degree or equivalent qualification in a related field
• Proven experience working with neurodivergent students or individuals with special needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students and staff
