Ribbons and Reeves Limited is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to fill the role of a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant (LSA) in one of our partner schools in Bromley. This position presents an opportunity for a Psychology Graduate with first-class subject knowledge to make a meaningful impact on the lives of neurodivergent young people, empowering them to thrive in their future endeavors.

About the Role

This 1:1 LSA position involves providing personalized support to students with Dyslexia, leveraging your first-hand experience and expertise to create a tailored learning environment that fosters growth and confidence. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in helping students overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality support to students with Dyslexia, adapting to their individual needs and learning styles.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective learning plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and adapt support strategies accordingly.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A strong understanding of Dyslexia and its effects on learning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, teachers, and parents.
  • A First-Class degree in Psychology or a related field.
  • First-hand experience working with someone with Dyslexia.
