nGenium's client, a leading manufacturer of chemistry equipment, is seeking an experienced Field Service Specialist in Cambridgeshire. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company and contribute to the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of high-tech laboratory equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and commissioning of laboratory equipment
- Maintenance, service, and repair of equipment in accordance with OEM guidelines
- Providing exceptional customer service and technical support
- Building relationships with clients and advising them on equipment usage
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Field Service or a related field
- Solid technical understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
- Full clean driving license and right to work in the UK
- Educational background in a scientific or engineering field
