As an Energy Service Field Specialist with Greenbean, you will have the opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service and work independently in a dynamic outdoor environment.
About the Role:
This is a full-time flexible position that requires working between 8am - 8pm Monday-Sunday, covering approximately 40 hours per week. You will be responsible for collecting data from gas, electric, and water meters using hand-held electronic devices and other equipment. The ideal candidate will ensure customers receive accurate and up-to-date bills while planning their own routes and managing their schedule to meet weekly targets set by their field delivery manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect meter readings and maintain accurate records
- Work independently to plan routes and manage workload efficiently
- Report any hazardous meter installations or signs of tampering
- Meet performance targets and deadlines
- Maintain a professional demeanor at all times, representing Greenbean as an ambassador
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

- A friendly, approachable, and polite personality
- Physical fitness due to the nature of the role
- Ability to plan and manage workload independently
- Full UK driving licence
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities

What We Offer:
Greenbean offers a competitive salary of approximately £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. A company car is also available for this role. Additionally, we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success in this position.
