About the JobWe are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Specialist to join our team at Coalesce Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and maintenance to medical related laboratory equipment in Cambridgeshire.
The successful candidate will possess a mechanical aptitude and have a proven track record of working within a field service/engineering capacity on laboratory equipment/instruments, medical equipment, dental equipment or similar.
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include:
- Providing on-site service and maintenance to medical related laboratory equipment
- Performing preventative maintenance, calibration, repair, and installation of centrifuges, incubators, pumps, vacuum concentrators, and agitators
- Completing service reports and calibration certificates
- Mechanical aptitude and proven track record of working within a field service/engineering capacity
- Experience with laboratory equipment/instruments, medical equipment, dental equipment, or similar
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel on business with overnight stays
- Strong written communication and customer service skills
- Salary: £36,000 - £45,000 per annum
- Company car
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays rising to 25 with service

- No weekend or bank holiday working or call outs
