About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-disciplined individual to join our team as a Self-Employed Enforcement Agent. As a key member of our business, you will be responsible for recovering debts on behalf of taxpayers, businesses, and individuals through ethical and integrated court order compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recover debts through field-based activities, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Manage and prioritize cases effectively, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve performance and increase earnings.
  • Meet or exceed commission targets, with uncapped earning potential.
Requirements
  • Confident and self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in a self-employed or commission-only role, with a proven track record of success.
  • A full UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Ability to manage vulnerable and challenging situations, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Pass the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB/DBS) check process.
