About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-disciplined individual to join our team as a Self-Employed Enforcement Agent. As a key member of our business, you will be responsible for recovering debts on behalf of taxpayers, businesses, and individuals through ethical and integrated court order compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recover debts through field-based activities, adhering to strict guidelines and regulations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Manage and prioritize cases effectively, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a self-employed or commission-only role.
  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Experience managing vulnerable and challenging situations.

What You'll Need
