Agile Delivery Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Delivery Director to join our team at United Living Group in Widnes. As a key member of our Infrastructure division, you will be responsible for managing all site events and resources, working towards the delivery of projects on a site-by-site basis.
With a strong focus on project management, you will oversee the coordination of resources, including the supply chain, staff, and directly employed operatives. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to build strong client relationships and participate in client meetings, representing the GBC brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage programmes to ensure site elements are performed within KPIs
- Manage the workload of a team of co-ordinators and monitor it regularly
- Liaise with staff and operatives effectively and with respect
- Approve raised Purchase Orders (POs) ensuring relevant background work has been done by Project Co-ordinator
- Sign off and oversee the issue of method statements, risk assessments, Health & Safety Packs, and Quality Plans
- Update internal trackers and schedules
- Input site data into internal and client systems where required
- Analyse reporting data to understand discrepancies and identify areas for improvement
- Recommend rectification measures to bring the programme back within required KPI timeframes if necessary
- Work closely with the Commercial team to ensure they are aware of any financial impact
- Ensure rectification measures are implemented and monitored for effectiveness
- Report on, manage, and instigate continuous improvement by the effective use of KPIs
- Find efficiencies and improvements in internal and external processes
