Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front of House Team Member. As a member of our front of house staff, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Duties: - Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor - Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently - Provide recommendations on menu items and upsell additional products or specials - Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to customers' tables - Assist with food preparation and plating as needed - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations - Handle customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints in a professional manner - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service - Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times Qualifications: - Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills accurately - Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology is a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members - Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, have a keen eye for detail, and enjoy working in a dynamic team environment, we would love to hear from you.
