Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Showroom Manager to join our team in Stockton on Tees. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that meet and exceed targets.

The successful candidate will have experience in leading and motivating a team, as well as being able to analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

The role is perfect for those who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills. We offer a competitive salary package up to £30,000 basic (£50,000 OTE) and the opportunity to work with a leading dealership group representing fantastic brands.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven sales leadership experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends
  • Experience in managing and motivating a team
