Job Title: Multilingual Marketing Associate - Coventry Opportunity
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Multilingual Marketing Associate to join our team at the United Kingdom Education Centre in Coventry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective market channels to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Collect, consolidate, and analyse customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide consultation services to customers, understanding their initial needs and preferences.
- Contribute to achieving team sales targets by adhering to company procedures and best practices.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop comprehensive marketing plans and strategies.
- Assist in identifying marketing opportunities to enhance regional brand reputation and increase sales.
- Mentor and train junior marketing officers to ensure smooth workflow and knowledge transfer.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English, a strong passion for marketing, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You must also be able to meet targets and deadlines, work well under pressure, and possess excellent time management skills.
Salary Information:
The successful candidate can expect a competitive hourly rate of £12.50 plus an uncapped referral bonus.
