Job Description:

The Employee Relations Specialist will be responsible for providing HR advice and support to employees and managers across the organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver HR advice and guidance on employee relations, employment law, and policies.
  • Provide first-line support on all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
  • Advise managers on employee relations cases.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Previous experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and policies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary:

An estimated salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
