Residential Childcare Practitioner

We are looking for a dedicated Support Worker to join our team at SGS Care Ltd, where you will play a vital role in supporting the physical, intellectual, emotional, and social needs of vulnerable children.
Estimated Salary: £27,500 - £29,500 per annum, based on location and experience.
In this role, you will work closely with children aged 5-17, providing individualized support and care to help them thrive in a new home designed for Emotional and Behavioral Difficulties.
Your responsibilities will include developing strong relationships with children, implementing personalized care plans, and collaborating with professionals to ensure comprehensive support.
As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of these children and contribute to their growth and development.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in childcare, with a strong understanding of child protection procedures and residential childcare.
