Job Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to support students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in our dynamic SEN school. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing one-on-one and group support to students, focusing on their individual needs and adapting teaching strategies.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Employ effective behavior management techniques to help students regulate their emotions and engage positively

  • Promote social interaction and communication skills among students with ASD, facilitating integration into the school community

  • Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to the teaching team
