Harris Hill Charity Recruitment Specialists are delighted to be working with a fantastic charity to recruit for the Fundraising Officer - Events role. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract based in London, with hybrid working arrangements.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the Community, Events, and Products Fundraising team, contributing to the development and delivery of impactful supporter journeys and memorable event-day experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end fundraising activities, ensuring smooth delivery and budget compliance.
  • Serve as a steward for participants, enhancing their experience through personalized calls, emails, and digital communications.
  • Deliver exceptional event day experiences and support third-party events, engaging with supporters face-to-face.
  • Analyse data insights to evaluate projects, optimize strategies, and provide comprehensive reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure alignment with the charity's brand and policies.
  • Share inspiring supporter stories across media and digital channels.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven success in managing fundraising or volunteer activities, achieving targets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, motivating and engaging fundraisers.
  • Strong project management skills, juggling multiple deadlines and initiatives.
  • Data-driven approach, analysing performance and adjusting tactics effectively.
  • Experience with digital tools, databases, and IT systems relevant to fundraising.

Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of £35,702 per annum (inclusive of LW).
  • A full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract.
  • Hybrid working arrangements, with two days a week spent in the office.
