Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service across all charity brands as the initial point of contact for supporters via email, telephone, and post.
  • Address complaints sensitively and proactively, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures and accurate recording in Raiser's Edge.
  • Escalate complaints promptly to internal and external stakeholders to ensure resolutions are provided within agreed timelines and policy.
  • Efficiently handle donations and set up direct debits over the phone, maintaining accurate records in Raiser's Edge.

Delivering Processes

  • Follow established processes for managing data in MS Excel to support database imports to Raiser's Edge.
  • Maintain up-to-date process documentation and report discrepancies to the database team.
  • Built strong relationships with the Gift Processing team to enhance donor care and contribute to strategic aims.

Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
