Job Summary

The HR Business Partner will collaborate closely with management and employees to provide strategic and hands-on support across various HR functions. This role will focus on EMEA markets, with a particular emphasis on French employment law compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and guide local HR teams to ensure legal compliance and minimize risks.
  • Oversee payroll efficiency and strategic HR initiatives, including workforce planning, performance management, and talent management.
  • Support leadership on key people programs and improve team morale, productivity, and retention.
  • Manage EMEA vacancies, align hiring plans, and promote internal mobility.
  • Provide staff budget guidance and focus on local HR management, especially in France.
  • Lead change initiatives, enhance HR policies, and represent HR in DEI and Sustainability committees.
  • Handle documentation for certifications and manage ad hoc projects like HR in new markets and salary benchmarking.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Strategic HR Management or related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of EMEA employment law, with a particular focus on French regulations.
  • Solid business acumen and an understanding of the organisation's industry.
  • Proven people management skills and the ability to lead teams effectively.
  • Agile and adaptable, with experience in an international context.
  • Strong project management capabilities.
  • A collaborative team player with strong leadership skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to address challenges proactively.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a positive, energetic attitude.
