Responsibilities:

  • Updating and maintaining supplier and customer information on the company's database.
  • Assisting with bank reconciliations and monitoring cash flow to ensure financial stability.
  • Resolving any discrepancies related to stock or VAT.
  • Providing support to the finance team during holidays and absences.
  • Processing credit card transactions and updating the credit control sheet.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an Accounts Assistant role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounts payable, receivable, and credit control principles.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other IT tools to perform tasks efficiently.
