Insurance Administrator Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Insurance Administrator to join our team in Cheltenham. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global business and contribute to the success of our administration support team.
About the Role
This role will involve providing efficient and effective administrative support to the Technical Team and Broking Divisions, ensuring compliance with FCA and internal audit guidelines. You will be responsible for creating standard document templates, gathering information from files, and entering data onto relevant systems. Your duties will also include managing day-to-day correspondence, identifying urgent matters, and dealing with them promptly.
Key Responsibilities
* Document Creation: Complete standard document templates for distribution both internally and externally
* Data Entry: Enter, amend, update, and submit data at a competent and unsupervised level onto the relevant systems
* Management Information: Create and manage electronic and paper files, manage day-to-day correspondence, and identify urgent matters
* Documentation Checking
Requirements
* Analytical skills to identify key information
* Proficient knowledge of relevant systems and understanding of where to look for relevant information
* Ability to problem-solve using knowledge of policies and procedures
* Effective communication skills
* Decision-making and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work under guidance rather than close supervision
