Facilities and Property Administrator

We are seeking a highly organised and skilled Facilities and Property Administrator to join our Property team as an Estates Coordinator.
This role involves providing administrative support and assistance on facilities and property matters, using advanced spreadsheet skills, good Word and PowerPoint skills, and experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting multiple estate portfolios with previous property and/or insurance experience.
- An ability to effectively prioritise a shifting workload is essential.
The ideal candidate will have good organisational and record-keeping skills, along with Assoc RICS and/or IOSH Managing Safely or the willingness to undertake these accreditations.
We offer a competitive salary of £36,000 - £41,000 per annum, plus benefits including a bonus scheme, 25 days annual leave, enhanced maternity and paternity leave, life assurance, and contributory pension scheme.
