Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Maintenance Professional to join our team at Randstad Construction and Property. As a key member of the Facilities Management (FM) team, you will be responsible for performing routine electrical maintenance and repairs, diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical issues, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled electrician looking for a new challenge within a leading FM business. You will have the chance to work on a variety of electrical projects, collaborate with the FM team, and provide excellent service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine electrical maintenance and repairs.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance.

What We Offer:
A competitive salary of £38,000 per annum, 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays, company van, fuel card, and overtime opportunities. You must be eligible to live and work in the UK and hold a valid driving licence.

Requirements:
  • Fully qualified electrician (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds 2360/2330 or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in maintenance, preferably in the FM sector.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of health and safety regulations.
