ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Key Holder at Cotton On Group, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores. Reporting to the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for executing the management team's direction and ensuring the sales team's attendance, productivity, and morale are maintained. You will provide support, direction, and assistance to your team on all aspects of their duties, motivating and inspiring them to work efficiently. Additionally, you will monitor sales associates to ensure they provide a friendly and helpful attitude towards customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Retail sales experience with a focus on introducing new products to customers and driving sales budgets
- Retail leadership experience with opportunities to lead aspects of the business and develop team members
- Completing tasks with a sense of urgency and delivering high standards of customer service
