About the Company:

We are a leading provider of modular bolted Glass-Fused-to-Steel, Fusion Bonded epoxy coated and stainless-steel containment storage solutions. Our products are internationally recognised for their quality and reliability, and we have a strong presence in the global market.

We are committed to providing the highest level of service to our customers, and we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our market share.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a sales strategy that meets our business objectives.
  • Leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and expand our market share.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, customers, and internal teams.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitoring and analysing sales data to inform sales strategy and optimise performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a technical sales environment.
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of sales professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyse sales data to inform sales strategy.

Estimated Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum
