Nurse Assessment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Assessment Specialist to join our team in Limavady, Londonderry, Northern Ireland. As a Nurse Assessment Specialist, you will provide crucial assessments for the Government's disability allowance (PIP) and deliver exceptional customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for a healthcare professional to make a real difference in people's lives.
The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary of £38,500 - £41,500* per annum, with opportunities to earn up to 10% quality & retention bonus*. You will also benefit from our hybrid full-time, part-time working hours, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Additionally, you will receive comprehensive training options: 12 weeks (full time), 14 weeks (4 days per week), & 17 weeks (3 days per week). Other benefits include 25 days holidays per annum, rising to 27 days with service, company laptop, mobile phone provided, access to health & wellbeing programme, annual charity day, and company matched pension.*OTE and Bonus scheme attainable once additional training is complete.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing caseloads from end to end, conducting assessments, reviewing claims, and providing expert recommendations. You will work closely with colleagues to achieve outstanding results and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
