**About the Role:** As a Clinical Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, evaluating health conditions, and providing recommendations for disability benefits. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery. With our organization, you will have the autonomy to manage your caseload, develop your skills, and contribute to a supportive environment that fosters growth and development.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Conduct face-to-face and virtual assessments, telephone interviews, and review cases
  • Evaluate health conditions, including physical, sensory, mental, intellectual, and cognitive impairments
  • Develop and implement personalized plans to support clients' needs
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, case managers, and other stakeholders


**Requirements:**
  • Qualified Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Paramedic with 1+ year post-qualification experience
  • Valid registration on NMC or HCPC without restrictions
  • Excellent communication and IT skills


**What We Offer:**
  • A competitive salary of £38,500 - £41,500 per annum, plus 5% retention bonus and rising to 10% quality & retention bonus
  • Holiday entitlement: 25 days (rising to 27 days with service)
  • Training options: 12 weeks full-time, 14 weeks 4 days per week, or 17 weeks 3 days per week
