We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Functional Healthcare Consultant. **Key Responsibilities:**
  • Deliver face-to-face and virtual assessments, telephone interviews, and review cases
  • Evaluate health conditions, including physical, sensory, mental, intellectual, and cognitive impairments
  • Develop and implement personalized plans to support clients' needs
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, case managers, and other stakeholders


**Requirements:**
  • Qualified Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Paramedic with 1+ year post-qualification experience
  • Valid registration on NMC or HCPC without restrictions
  • Excellent communication and IT skills


**What We Offer:**
  • A competitive salary of £38,500 - £41,500 per annum, plus 5% retention bonus and rising to 10% quality & retention bonus
  • Holiday entitlement: 25 days (rising to 27 days with service)
  • Training options: 12 weeks full-time, 14 weeks 4 days per week, or 17 weeks 3 days per week
