Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the integration of suppliers into ICF's Vendor Management and accounting systems. Review and validate supplier onboarding documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Conduct Due Diligence processes for new and existing suppliers, documenting necessary information in the appropriate systems. Provide administrative support and generate reports as required by the business. Collaborate with vendors and Procurement team members to address outstanding items and resolve any issues. Support various departments, including Procurement, Contracts, Treasury, and Accounting, with inquiries related to vendor information and compliance. Maintain organized electronic records of vendor documentation in compliance with data protection regulations. Foster positive working relationships with both internal and external partners. Engage in initiatives aimed at process and system enhancements. Uphold professional and ethical standards in all business dealings to enhance customer service and improve company efficiency and profitability.

Basic Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field. A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience. Strong business ethics, particularly regarding the confidentiality of proprietary information.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with supplier onboarding through a Vendor Management System. Familiarity with Maconomy and Costpoint systems. Background in a professional services or consultancy environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint). Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet competing deadlines. Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly to colleagues and suppliers. Solid organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to exercise sound judgment, discretion, and diplomacy. Comfortable collaborating within a geographically diverse team.
