We are seeking a detail-oriented Public Relations Coordinator to support our Marketing team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the PR department, collaborating with other departments, and managing external relationships. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in the business side of a creative fashion brand and possess advanced notetaking, recordkeeping, and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the management of samples and shipments, ensuring timely delivery and returns.
  2. Collaborate with the Sample Coordinator to oversee sample loaning and returns.
  3. Support the PR Manager in external liaison with PR agencies, stylists, publications, and VIPs.
  4. Compile and manage marketing reports, including campaign information, events, and social media metrics.
  5. Support the CMO's diary and manage day-to-day departmental tasks.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced PR department.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe and Microsoft Office.
  • Great team player with a proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
