Compliance and Supplier Administrator Role

At RED Engineering Design, we're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance and Supplier Administrator to support our Management Systems & Compliance team. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to the Head of Management Systems & Compliance and carry out daily tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with supplier pre-qualification and onboarding activities, including credit checks, ethics checks, and reference checks.
  2. Perform supplier renewals for our approved supplier database.
  3. Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve queries related to onboarding and ongoing management.
  4. Maintain our database of approved suppliers.
  5. Support with process improvements.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in general administration.
  • Strong working knowledge of Office 365 and proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Previous supplier administration experience is beneficial.
  • Friendly, polite, and helpful manner.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to prioritize workload and work to tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with business administration systems and processes.
  • Hours flexibility and ability to carry out overtime at short notice.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
