Business Analyst Role at Your Digital Future
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team at Your Digital Future. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving business transformation and process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage Discovery & Roadmap stages, including requirements analysis, process mapping, and solution design.
- Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements within deadlines.
- Ensure clear communication with business stakeholders, providing regular status reports on project deliverables.
- Work closely with solution architects to develop appropriate solutions that align with the business case.
- Manage business readiness during project delivery, ensuring functional requirements are translated into actionable user stories.
- Produce formal project documentation, including feasibility studies, statements of work, and business readiness plans.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in small to medium change projects within a fast-paced environment.
- Practical experience in reengineering business processes and implementing change with measurable organisational impact.
- Experience in mapping business processes and developing business cases.
- BCS Business Analysis Practitioner certification
- Experience with PRINCE2, SCRUM, AGILE, or Kanban methodologies.
- Background in IT development, including full project lifecycle experience.
